After breakfast you will start your adventures from Swoyambhu & Bouddha Nath. These are the famous Buddhist Monuments in Nepal. Bouddha Nath is one of the largest Stupas in the world. Swoyambhu Nath is said to be 200 years old situated on the top of the hill west of Kathmandu. In afternoon, you will be visiting to Pashupati Nath- entirely Hindu Temple. This is one of the holiest Hindu shrines where large numbers of pilgrims come to offer their respect to Lord Shiva.
Bhaktapur, known also as Bhadgawn, is the city of living heritage which is the 3rd main city of the valley. The oldest part of the town is around Tachupal Tole(Dattatraya Square), to the east of the Town. Bhaktapur was the capital of the whole valley during the 14th 16th the centuries and during that time the focus of the town shifted west to the durbar square area. Most of the town’s great architectures date from the end of the 14th century during the rule of King Bhupatindra Malla.
Bhaktapur will surprise visitors with its presentation of innumerable temples and other architectural showpieces- Nyatapola- the 5 storeyed 30 meter high temple is only the highest temple in the whole Kathmandu valley. You can enjoy seeing Golden gate and 55 window palaces, Dattatraya temple, Bhairavnath Temple, pujarinath with peacock window and many more.
Continue your adventures to Nagarkot. It is a hill station located about 32 km. from Kathmandu about 10 km from Bhaktapur. It is situated on northeastern rim of Kathmandu valley. Nagarkot is best known for sunrise and sunset view over the Himalayan range. On a clear day , you may see peak of Mt. Everest. A day excursion including tour of Bhaktapur and Changunarayan is ideal. Overnight stay at one of the hotel, lodge and resort with modern facilities is a good way to escape from the city life. You can enjoy the mountain with cool and fresh air. There are several places nearby for short hike. Overnight at Nagarkot, stay at Hotel country Villa or similar on BB.
Your adventure continues down Tarai for Jungle Safari where you will be seeing different animals: One Horned Rhino – Royal Bengali Tiger , Deers – Crocodiles as well as 350 different varieties of birds. Lumbani is the Birth place of Lord Buddha and is very popular for Buddhist pilgrimage. Pokhara is famous spot for the tourists because of many beautiful lakes. It is very closed to the view of the famous Mountain peaks: Machhapuhre – Annapurna – Dhaulagiri. It is the city of Pokhara from where most of the trekkers start their trekking to Annapurna region.
Day 01Arrive in Kathmandu, our staff will pick up and transfer to hotel. Free afternoon
Day 02Sightseeing Swambhunath, Boudha, Pashupatinath. After lunch visit Bhaktapur city. Drive to Nagarkot overnight
Day 03Drive to Chitwan National Park. Arrive at lunch-time. Briefing followed by a visit to Elephant breeding center.
Day 04Fullday jungle activities: elephant back safari, jungle walk, boat ride, Tharu cultural dance.
Day 05Depart for Lumbini - the birthplace of Buddha. Overnight in a hotel
Day 06Sightseeing of Lumbini. After lunch departure for Pokhara
Day 07Sightseeing tour to Bindabasini Temple, David falls, Tibetan Refugee Camp, Seti river gorge. Afternoon enjoy boating on the calm water of Fewa Lake
Day 08Depart for Kathmandu. While on the way we visit 'Manakamana temple' and ride Nepal's only cable car. Arrive Kathmandu, drop at the hotel.
Day 09Free for shopping.
Day 10Transfer to airport for your return journey.
